International Civil Defense Force
The International Civil Defense Force is a new militia funded by IOF that will handle peacekeeping operations in international zones under IOF control such as Basiland. As of right now they will receive $120,000,000 a month from IOF for operations. They currently operate four Cessna 208C's, two Beechcraft 350 Kingair's, one Learjet 60, two EH101's, one Bell 206B, one Bell 208L, one C-130, and six RB-1 Hermes'. The Hermes is the unarmed, reconnaissance only version of the B-1R Vampire. The ICDF will operate from areas around the IOF border of the Suez canal, outside the international zone around the Panama Canal, Basiland, and Vatican City.
ICDF
ICDF will be moving forces into the nations of Cuba and Chile. If you have any questions let me know and we will send you operation pictures upon request.
ICDF will remove its forces before the end of 2009, this movement is for training operations over the area and IOF will be moving into strategic positions over these areas once ICDF removes its forces.

Re: International Civil Defense Force
ICDF is moving forces to the site where twelve Argentinean soldiers were killed along the Chilean border. RB-1's will be flying patrol routes to identify incoming Argentinean forces and make them aware of ICDF presence before they come too close to the border.
ICDF will be dispatching two Cessna 208's and a C-130 for air patrols over Basiland. After a brief investigation by the IOFCIDC it has been determined that the ICDF forces killed were attacked by a cell of Abu Sayyaf terrorists.
ICDF will be moving four land based battalions today from Eastern Headquarters at Elizabeth City CGAS and Global Command at Santos Dumont. One battalion will be going to Basiland, two will be headed to Chile, and the last battalion will be headed to Cuba to act as a police force while the new government is stabilized.

Re: International Civil Defense Force
Please Note, although ICDF uses military tactics, aircraft, and units we remain a civil group for the only weapons we use are used by ground forces. Countries that ICDF forces are stationed in can be taken over by another VM while ICDF is there as ICDF is only used as a means to stabilize the region and respond to international incidents in a non militaristic fashion.
Re: International Civil Defense Force
ICDF is moving forces to Greece and Crete in preparations for war. ICDF will be prepared to launch aid missions the moment that war begins.
Re: International Civil Defense Force
ICDF will be acquiring two Mirage 2000's from recent IOF purchases.
New Budget
IOF will be increasing the number of ICDF forces and increasing its budget from $120,000,000 to $340,000,000. ICDF will also oversee the IOF budgets for Infrastructure Development and Infrastructure Protection. This budget currently totals $100,000,000,000 a month. ICDF will oversee the use of 15% of IOF's peacekeeping budget of $108,275,000,000 a month making the amount they control $16,256,250,000.
